  The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the upgrade to the suite. The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated. Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.   The hotel room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. First off I would have never stayed in this hotel because it was completely out of my budget but I cashed in some rewards points for a gift card. This stay was a nice upgrade to my trip.
