  The matress on our bed was so comfortable that we actually asked at the front desk how we could get one for at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was fantastic.   Front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. Numerous flights were cancelled in Chicago due to storms so many needed a room. The bw staff did a great job finding rooms. - the staff was most helpful and cordial.the facilities were immaculate and most comfortable, along with being very quiet.
