I really like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Fast check in, indeed they have my room key ready when I got to the hotel, almost like just waiting for me. Room is big and comfortable. -
The proximity to the Portland Airport, which is the reason we chose this location. The room was also very clean.

Great setting, close to airport and business meeting in area. Beautiful lobby, great food and service. Sat in lobby by fireplace enjoying the Wed. evening manager wine/beer appetizer event. Then ordered dinner and continued relaxing by fireplace. Best New England Clam chowder I have had anywhere! Nice room and very friendly staff. Free coffee

My sister & I reserved a double room; when we checked in, we were upgraded to a suite at no charge; Excellent suite; perfect night's sleep; and a fantastic breakfast. Great location and facilities. There is always coffee available in the lobby and the rooms are equipped with a coffee maker with courtesy coffee and tea. A great experience. Rooms are nice and clean.

Everything! We make a trip from nb to Portland every fall to kick off
our Christmas shopping season.
This was our first time at this hotel and we will be coming back here from now on. It was a few $$ more than we usually spend but for an amazing location with everything right there and shopping and stores just a min down the road it was worth it.
