Excellent stay from checking in to being dropped off at the airport.
Everyone we were encountered wanted to be helpful and it showed by going
over and above. The checkin person I believe was Mel not only told us

I like the location on Shutter Island with the feeling to come back "home" at night after a day spent around in San Diego.
Incredible remote view of San Diego downtown.
Very spacious room overlooking the marina, which is definitely better than the ones on the bay as there is the parking in between the hotel and the sea.
A lot of very good restaurants nearby in Point Loma: no need to travel far away from the hotel.

The front desk help was excellent. I also loved the cleanliness of the room and the view was simply gorgeous. When I told the front desk that my wife was having surgery the next day at Scrips Hospital she changed our third floor room to ground floor very near the entrance, very nice. We had room service and the food was excellent and way too much.

The beds were very comfortable, the proximity to Torrey pines couldn't have been better (the complimentary shuttle to the golf course was also a plus) the bell desk at anytime was excellent

Great free breakfast (Basics: fruit, cereal, waffles, eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee) Perfect for the AM. Nice remodeled bathrooms, great sheets and an always changed duvet cover with every new guest. Great location if trying to catch a cruise ship across the street. -

This is one of the best place's I have ever stayed at. The people were very friendly and nice, the breakfast was outstanding.
The rooms were clean, with microwave, refrig, and coffee pot in every room. This will be the place I will be staying from now on, as I have to come to San Diego, at least every 5 weeks.

The location is unbeatable if you want to stroll the Gaslight District and visit Horton Mall. The room was on the small side but immaculately clean w/the standard amenities and more. It was conviniently located in downtown, not too far from the main attractions that we went to see in S.D. Great price for the area. Very Clean. Continental breakfast which was included daily was ok. - Convenient location, staff very accomodating, room very spacious and clean.

We had a one night stopover and chose this hotel as it was close to the airport. As I habitually have a cup of tea on arrival at any hotel, I really appreciated the all day tea/coffee /hot chocolate provided free of charge in the lobby. There are also afternoon cookies and morning muffins, very nice touch.

always ready to help with suggestions for dining and fun things to do.
Enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi and the rooms were very comfortable
with flat screen TVs, microwaves and refrig. Nice location - Point Loma,
a bit away from the super busy areas of San Diego. The breakfast was
better than usual as it had a protein choice (eggs) and waffles which

My husband and I were celebrating our silver wedding and booked 3 nights at the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay.
The hotel was amazing,the location was fabulous and we just loved to watch the sunset on the beach.
We hope to return soon,and will plan a longer stay next time,thank you. -

Very clean and well maintained room and hotel grounds. Loved free WiFi
and Internet access. Loved free parking, free bicycle loaners, two
pools/saunas. Playground across the street. Lots of markets, coffee
shops and misc. Stores nearby, very convenient. The staff was 100%

Great location for sea world visit.
There was a problem at our initial check in which wasn't good. However I have to say that the manageress stepped in and resolved the matter with a real customer focus in trying to ensure we had a good stay. For me this is when a hotels reputation stands or falls in how they go about resolving problems. Staff were a credit to the company and I would def recommend to others

Lovely hotel-big room really quiet (don't hear other guests) &
hardly hear traffic. Super comfortable beds. Great choice for downtown
as away from the noise of Bars etc & traffic and close enough to
walk. We stayed 9 nites here in total -left another hotel & came
back here. Would absolutely recommend it & would def come back here

The rooms were really nice and the beds were super comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The on-site gym was under repair during my visit but they provided guest aces to the YMCA gym just around the corner. ironically that was one of the highlights of my trip as the Y had one of the best retired weight rooms I have seen in a long time. -

Complimentary breakfasts for two days. Problem with toilet on third day repaired straight away. Staff very courteous and friendly.

Best value!!!! I loved having the restaurant on the same floor as our
room. We visited happy hour and drank their signature cocktails for only
$5 each! And not to mention wine Wednesday - half off bottles!!! So
happy! We also loved walking to little Italy for dinner. We had a

I liked the fact that it had a balcony, the bathrooms were a good size, the tv was a nice flat screen, the AC was amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the restaurant/bar was very nice and the staff was extremely friendly, and the location of the hotel itself is in a great spot.
