We loved Ashley at the pool bar and Marcello, the beach keeper! They were both the Most Friendly at the hotel! We weren't happy with the folks at the front desk! Not friendly and didn't notify us when our room was ready! We were about to leave at 4:45 when they never contacted us that the room was ready. Ashley at the pool bar was the only one th

All the staff was very nice. And helpfull. I am a diabetic and needed to
eat fast one night after most of the restaurants had closed. The front
desk gave me the phone number of a restaurant that was close and they
deliverd fast. Great customer service, couldn't of asked for more.

and very nice. The pool area was large and a lot of fun for the kids.
