The hotel was great! The staff was really friendly. We had free parking, free WiFi, and free breakfast for a very reasonable price. They even had an indoor pool and whirlpool. Extremely nice staff, pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were decorated in a beautiful and cosy way. The historic feeling is great. Great location. Jan (the owner) was very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for sights and activities during my short stay. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station as well as downtown Seattle/Pioneer Square. It is also on/near public transit lines. The hotel has an extremely rich and important history that Jan is always willing to talk about. If I ever make it to Seattle again, I will definitely stay here!

The location was right off the freeway. Did not have a lot of freeway
noise as the room seemed well insulated. The bed was very comfortable
and the room was a nice size. Some friends had ordered two rooms with
two queen beds in each room and they got a two rooms with one queen bed
each. Seems they do not have what you request for a beds even thoug

AT the price, I expected the place to be a real dive, but it was amazingly clean and comfortable. We were in town for a family reunion. Only used to the room to sleep, but the pool looked nice, too.
