Good hotel. Very clean, the included breakfast was nice, enough selection for all 4 of us to eat what we felt like. We got there a little early ( a little after 2) and they were very accommodating about checking us in early. We were up on the fifth floor, so even though it's on a busy street we didn't have traffic noise. -

The staff was great from check in to check out. Jessica at the Front Desk was quick, very knowledgeable about the area, very friendly and professional. The rooms were spotless, bed was amazingly comfortable, housekeeping was friendly and thorough.

Great location by the mall, only you can't even see it because of all the trees and landscape. I forgot something and the friendly, helpful staff had it for me at the front desk in a few minutes. A slice of quiet heaven in the city. -

The swimming pool was perfect-one of the best hotel pools I've seen--huge, clean, and at 85 degrees. Perfect for kids or lap swimming. The pool gets a 10.

The Spa was excellent and personnel very professional. We enjoyed the
upgrade to the suite.
The concierge was very helpful as was the front desk. When I had left my hat (Howard) they did find it and I was able to later pick it up. Much appreciated.
Enjoyed lunch and coffee in the lobby areas.

Very friendly at the front desk. Check in was quick and easy. Had a
couple problems and they were addressed immediately. Perfect
accommodations for a large family like mine, for the price. -
The staff was fantastic- very kind and very helpful. The facilities was spotless. And I felt very safe and comfortable staying there alone.
