I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red
Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn.
We were very tired and aggravated. The receptionist match the price of
Red Roof and was very hospitable and empathetic to the situation. -

The staff was extremely helpful. They provided an excellent service for local transport by a very helpful lady who drives the guests to a laundry and, time permitting even to the bus station. The hotel was very convenient to everything we wanted to see. The room
rate was excellent and when we arrived we were asked why we were staying
and we were given a new better rate because of our reason. The staff was
very nice and helpful. The room was a nice size.

Stayed before visiting relatives, and noticed new management has made several improvements. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not extensive, but enough. Good value. -

The hotel was a disaster: no elevator, no pool, no restaurant -- this
was due to Sandy Hurrican from last Nov/Oct. It is now end of May
and these things have not been fixed. I liked their reason to an extent
. . . but by now, should be fixed. -

The staff here was exceptional. There was a problem with my card when I checked in thanks to a previous hotel that week but the front desk agent was able find a way for me to stay. They were very friendly. The rooms were clean. It was a little dated but still comfortable and the air-conditioning was cold. -

The staff was great. The room was spotless. Everything worked. The shuttle bus driver went an extra mile when my wife left her purse in the rental car shuttle bus. Ted checked us in and he was very efficient and helpful. He went out of
his way to make ourselves and our children happy. We were also traveling
with our elderly parents and he was very accommodating , helping us get
a wheelchair and changing their room, so we could be closer together.

Although here was a little confusion checking in, the staff was very helpful and welcoming.Aspire rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. Beds were really comfortable.Appreciated the mini-frig and microwave and also Mark's personal touch by calling me by name the day of and the day after check in.Thanks for the personal touch.

Staff was wonderful. Had mixup and accidentally stayed day later than
supposed to. We weren't in room at 11am check out, they didn't
move our stuff out/kick us out, just had to scramble rooms around
for others. So appreciative of that. Staff very personable and kind.
