  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet. Spacious luxurious accommodation in a great location. The customer service we received would have to be the best we have received anywhere in the world.   exelent rooms, love the kitchen and the bed sofa... the only thing was that my reseervation was changed got a diferent room but other then that everything was perfect .... thank you . - We are regulars at the Pacific Monarch, visiting every year, and we know what we are getting, know the staff, and the great location.
