WiFi in the room enables us to keep in touch with family back in Toronto and fridge and microwave in the room which was very helpful for breakfast. My stay at the Polynesian Plaza was wonderful. I wasn't expecting a lot as I was looking for accommodation at a reasonable price. The location was perfect, the staff was excellent and the room was fine. Especially the rooms facing Kalakaua Ave with the balcony as we got a brilliant view of the Halloween festivities on our last night their. I certainly recommend the Polynesian Plaza to anyone seeking something along the lines of what I have highlighted in this review.

The place is great. I stayed there for one week, and totally enjoyed my time there. What I liked the most was the staff, they really make you feel being welcome. And they are helpful. In my opinion, the best way to judge the quality of someone’s service is when something goes wrong. Well, when I had reason to complain, the issue was handled fast and professionally. Just perfect. I loved the cute decour, the room was well kept and clean. I know that people have made comments about the continental breakfast and so I was prepared for the worst but I honestly thought it was good. There may not be a lot of choice but it got me through the morning. Also considering that there was a kichenette in my room, I could always buy breakfast goods if I wanted more. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and I would stay here again. Close to lots of shopping and the beach. Eve

Very friendly and accommodating staff, the villa are small houses/bungalows that stand a lone on well kept beautiful piece of property. They even asked I we would like them to pick up groceries for us to have when we got there for just the cost of the food ! We will be back
