  Nice and spacious room with everything you need. . Bathroom was big and clean and had a nice vintage look. The whole building is just fantastic. It's got a special feel, hard to describe. A good tip - My room was in the Victorian Row house which was a few blocks up from the main location. I liked how insanely comfy the beds were. After a long flight and arriving late, its all you want and more than exceeded my expectations. Also liked that there was a kitchen that I could use so I could have a cup of tea when I got in from traipsing the streets all day. Rooms were comfy, cosy and individually decorated with actual creative touches which you don't often see. Also, free wireless was very much

Plenty to do right around the hote - I received a very warm and friendly welcome from Ana in the Chelsea Pines Inn, and all the staff there were charming and lovely throughout my short stay. The location of this Inn is excellent - a few steps away from an underground station, Chelsea Market and the High Line. Small touches like complimentary water and printing facilities makes Chelsea Pines Inn compare favourably to more upscale places I stayed in ny (where they were charging $8 for a small bottle of water!).

  We stepped off the street and into the past. What a place to stay at. One of the highlights of our stay in America. We were met by Felicia, the gracious hostess, and shown around the house and to our room furnished with period furniture with the mod cons discretely available. We were given a code for the front door so we could arrive at all hours and immediately set off to a nearby subway to see the town. Felt s - Kiki, I guess the house manager, has been brilliant. She has fixed our room arrangement issue and has been helpful on many other things. We love the room setting - very homy and luxuries at the same time, bathroom/towels are very clean. Have to mention the breakfast too - good selection and extremely nice dinning room.
