Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and
operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not
only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40
on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park
at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the

Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly
expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is
a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful.
That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably
clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good.
Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was super-close to the park, meaning we saved a ton on parking fees. Although there was a disclaimer about the WiFi, we had fast, consistent WiFi in our 2nd floor room the whole time. The price was right, too! -

Large, clean, cofortable room. Not luxurious, but very acceptable. The hotel is conveniently located near the college I was visiting, near the Wineries on Seneca Lake, and near downtown Geneva. I did not observe any of the negative features described by some other travelers, and would challeng the accuracy of these, and the motivation behind them.
