We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked

Staff was generally very friendly. Very convenient location. Easy walk
to Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and many restaurants. Many
restaurants deliver and staff helped us set up in breakfast room to have
our dinner. Love that it was pet friendly. Felt very welcomed with my
dog. Relatively spacious room. Convenient computers in lobby. Location
was excellent in terms of ease and proximity, as well as not too noisy.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly! At one point, i dropped a Tiffany and Co braclet down the drain! They retreived it in seconds to my surprise! The staff was also helpful with directions. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was super clean. -

It was really quiet. We slept great and it was very clean and neat. The staff was professional but, cordial. The complementary breakfast was just right.
We had overnight snow and they were out bright and early to have it plowed. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very nice, very clean, had great amenities and a very good continental breakfast. My kids & I loved how comfortable the bed was, and we were tempted to sleep all day - ha ha! -

The room was somewhat on the small side (1 king bed, room with two queens is larger but also more expensive) but I guess that is common in NY where space is limited and hotel prices are high. This is a beautiful hotel. The room was extremely clean and up-to-date. Our beds were comfortable. It definitely fit our needs for NYC. It was very close to everything - walking distance to 5th Avenue, Broadway, Times Square - but we were not in the midst of the crowds, noise and chaos. Great location, in the middle of everything. Nice cornerroom(no#1212) with a great view. 6th Ave in one direction with Central Park at the end, and looking down on Herald Square and Macys in the other direction. Nice Rooftop bar(not a part of the Hotel) -

Was my fifth time in NY and I've never stayed in such a comfortable hotel like this, we were three in a two double bed room, was very spacious and nice decoration.
The building is new, the breakfast area is big with a variety of food and fresh fruit.
