We had concerns about the cleanliness on our last visit. All the rooms on the first floor have new carpets, furniture, bedcovers, toilets, and everything in the room was clean and fresh. A lovely improvement. -
We were travelling with dogs for a dog event, and they were very accomodating.

West Yellowstone is remote so you can't expect Las Vegas standards. The rooms in the Inn are small but clean, bed was comfortable and surprisingly it had a fridge and microwave. Walk to supermarket, restaurants and visitor centre. Reasonable value for money compared to other locations in the National Park. -

The complimentary breakfast was generous and good. The pool landscape is fun with cool little tables for parents to socialize and sit while the kids play. The stairway goes straight to the pool. The restaurant in the hotel was open late and the burger was good. Staff was super friendly. -

We really enjoyed the pool area. The breakfast/area were nice. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. Whole family loved it.

To a UK traveller the room was massive, two queen size beds and a large bathroom.
Breakfast was your average selection of average pasties, fruit and cereal. I didn't notice a cooked option but there might have been one. Adequate but if you're going hiking don't depend on it.

hotel is so much nicer and cleaner and customer oriented than the other
hotel in Bozeman I stayed at. -
Quiet, not much noise from other clients or the outside. The children enjoyed having the suite to have their own tv and of course the swimming pool. The housekeeping staff were efficient and polite.
