I liked the different varieties of the free breakfast. I liked the quietness, didn't hear any of the neighbors. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for any of our troubles. The oven wasn't working in our room so they cooked our food for us. -

Although the hotel was under construction, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff as well as the clean, updated room, overshadowed any construction mess. The neighborhood was safe. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. We came for a Twins game and it took us about 10-12 minutes to get to Target Field during rush hour. -

Super friendly staff - for instance they let us store our luggage for 2 whole days while we were on a side trip. Everything is beautifully organized: free shuttle services to/from the airport and mall of america; buffet breakfast in the morning with tons of choices. The rooms are nice and big and quiet. Wonderful and helpful staff - went out of their way to help, and even go
beyond helping. Wonderful people. Location is great - very near to Mall
of America and literally off the end of the runways at msp airport - and
guess what! Its very quiet - no problem with airplane noise. Being
inside is like wearing noise cancelling headphones. Well stocked lobby
bar. Really nice hot breakfast with wide selection in included. Fairly
new building, clean, everything worked and a hair dryer too.

The bed was very comfortable as most hotel beds hurt my back and the breakfast in the morning was great with a good variety. The staff were exceptionally courteous and asked if they could do anything further to make out stay better. -
The front desk/staff were the best I have come in contact with this year.

Loved the staff, the rooms were clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful they went out of their way to make my stay wonderful!! -
Everyone there was so friendly and helpful! The hotel was very clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food for adults and children.

The hotel attendant was very insisted we have a perfect room for our
stay, a half of pot of coffee was left in the pot and the room was not
thoroughly cleaned, but Trisha found us another room and helped us move
our belongings -

We loved having a kitchen available. We went to the renaissance festival during the day & we were able to have family join us for dinner in our room afterwards. That helped avoid a pricey restaurant bill too. -

The room was comfortable and well appointed, the breakfast was included and there was a variety of choices, and the pool was the highlight for our granddaughters - we liked it, too :) -
