We stayed in a kitchen Suite and it was very convenient. We liked the patio area overlooking the river with a fire pit and barbecue grills. The pool and spa area was fantastic and there was plenty for children to do while in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I liked the different varieties of the free breakfast. I liked the quietness, didn't hear any of the neighbors. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for any of our troubles. The oven wasn't working in our room so they cooked our food for us. -

I don't like to say excellent because we can always imporve. We met up with our grandkids and enjoyed the waterpark very much. the staff at the pool/concesion were very plesent and helpful.Our room was very comfortable. Front desk staff male and female were excellent. Breakfast was good also. We had a very relaxing stay. -
