Staff very nice and helpful! Rooms was clean, and I had a great view of
the water which made it worth the money. And if your not up for going
out they have a very nice lounge area overall the stay was good.. -

Everything, the hotel is wonderful. I'm a retired Marine and I've traveled with my family to many places. This is the best hotel my wife and I have ever stayed in. - Room with the balcony view of the inside mall and river veiw also. Iwill let others know about this, when visiting here.

Our stay was just magic and we will definitely return. Perry Cabin is an experience, exclusive and memorable. The food and service is outstanding. The rooms 24, 39 and 79 are gorgeous. Thanks so much! -

My daughter and I loved the hotel! The décor was pleasing to the eye,
very modern/contemporary and an awesome "downtown loft"
feeling. The hotel had more of an upscale apartment feel to it. We loved
the convenience of being shuttled to our locations within 5 miles, I
never had to drive my car while I was on vacation, it was so very
convenient. The

The indoor pool was -
Pleasantly surprised with the clean euro style decor and friendly and
accommodating staff.
The bartender at the wxyz bar was also very friendly and made great drinks.
If I were there longer I may have taken advantage of pool table.
Will definitely be back with friends.

The set-up of hotel. The hotel staff friendly and professional. Always
asking how everything is and volunteering information before asked. The
rooms and dinning above great with sit down restaurant feel and quality.

I bed was amazing, the tv had great choices, the staff answered
questioned quickly and have direct answers that are helpful. The
Breakfast was to die for. The breakfast was cooked fast and yet it was
good. The staff helpful with all the dirty plates to make sure that we
had clean area. They had to news up and that was great to watch the news
eat breakfast and head out to the airport with no problems.

I have stayed at many hotels for leisure especially in the last 6 months and this one by far was one of the best. I booked last minute as a surprise getaway for my new beau and he loved it! The staff was extremely helpful. We didn't make our connecting flight to California & had to stay in Baltimore overnight. The shuttle from the airport & to the restaurant for dinner made the delay much easier to take.

The receptionist had trouble finding my reservation. I had to share my
email confirmation. Then trying to put it in manually gave more trouble
than expected. The manger allowed me to have a cocktail on the house.

Registration desk staff, especially (Tracy from MD), were very cordial, helpful,and friendly. And of course we enjoyed the Doubletree cookies and the health center equipment. -
Italian restaurant was yummy. Was provided coupon for breakfast-thanks!

The light was out in the toilet room in the bathroom. When I contacted
the front desk, they were more than accommodating offering to send
someone immediately or change our room. The repairman that came was
extremely courteous and made the repair very quickly. We also had a
wonderful breakfast delivered to our room early as requested despite

I stay at hotels monthly and this by far was one of my favorite. everything is so modern and nice. Its very upscale, romantic, and comfortable. there where a few weddings going on in the courtyard at the fountain and it was just a nice friendly place to stay. The casino is a block away and they offered late night shuttle service
