Stay every two weeks there; had. first rate Concierge help through Tracey - this time we dined at The Boarding House rest. and met the owner, Alpina Singh (from the WTTW show Check Please); received an autograph and all.while there. A speical night out w/help from The Palmer House. Dr. Brian Hinrichs

We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome!
They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to
be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very caring and helpful during your stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. - The view was great! We stayed on a corner room on the 8th floor. I loved the unit we stayed in (2 bedroom villa) and enjoyed using the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The resorts pool was nice as well. It could have been a little warmer, but I love really warm pools. The scenery around the resort was beautiful and peaceful. -

This is one great hotel especially if you are there related to the university. They run a free shuttle to any building on campus which was great as my daughter was there with me for a tour. You can walk to campus which we did the afternoon we arrived too. Everything is number one here! -
