The villa is so exclusive. Amenities are within rich. There is a shuttle that pick you up from and to the villa if you don't feel like driving. The place is so comfortable. Although I must say that it's a bit confusing to find the villa if your a first timers since the property is huge. The view is amazing -

Charlotte and John are wonderful hosts, and their daughter (I forgot her name), too! Supper sweet friendly and considerate. There is a big porch with comfortable chairs/sofas/tables, with nice surrounding. The sitting room has huge window, and it's full of information (maps, informative postcard, wall photos, books, brochures..... ) There are a f

The pictures and details of this B&B were exactly as advertised. It
was a perfect location for our visit to the big island. Close to
volcanoes national park, mauna kea, downtown Hilo,akaka falls plus other
sites we were not aware of. John and Charlotte made us feel like family
and they provided great tips for places we wanted to visit. If
you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay on the Hilo side of
the island I highly recommend Holmes Sweet Home.

The house was so well set up and everything provided that we could need. It was very close to Volcano National Park which is what we were interested in. I stayed there with my 2 sons aged 17 & 21 and it was extremely comfortable, quiet and very secluded in the rainforest. -

Our stay at the Honu Kai B&B was fantastic: A wonderful location (great garden and beautiful and very clean rooms), furious tasting breakfast, many great tips/guidance to explore, and - finally - exceedingly nice hosts making you feel like a family visit :-) We fully enjoyed our time there and hope coming back soon!
