  There was no record of my reservation. letsbookhotel.com had not notified the Hilton of the reservation I had made with them. The Hilton reservation clerk was extremely nice and helpful She called booking .com who acknowledged their error and I got my room.   I liked mostly everything. The substantial breakfast each am, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, the comfortable beds. I liked how the tile went part of the way into the room and ended by the closet so that u cld take your shoes off without trucking dirt from outside onto the carpet.   It is within the University of Connecticut campus which was very handy for us. The in room dining was excellent and reasonable. - Coincidentally, I was staying over on Halloween night. The location of the room was on the quiet side of the hotel.
