  When we arrived we were allowed to check in two hours early, and were given the choice of two different rooms - that was very kind and we got a big room as a result. The location is pretty great as long as you don't mind a bit of walking, but that's the same across New York. A bit expensive, but again, that's just New York. Unbeatable for this price. Plenty of foodshops around. The staff: the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful (thanks Joey! ;-) + they can arrange transport to the airport, which was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there on a next trip to NYC.

  Everything. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming.I just love the setting. - The hotel was nice and our room was just like a room at a Holiday Inn; it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.   The room was big enough. It has coffee maker and refrigerator that were very useful. The hotel location was good for us. It is near the metro (subway) and near central park. we could travel everywhere very easily. - good service , all near the hotel , brodway st, subway

  Its location was perfectly placed near the Chinatown bus terminal. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. There are toothbrushes if you forget yours. In-room safe. Very clean with a view of a nice city park. - We were very pleased with the location and the staff. Easy walk to both the East and West Village.
