  Great little quiet hotel for the inexpensive price. My 3 friends and I from California all stayed here together, we had two rooms with a connecting bathroom and it worked out perfect. The room was spotless and we had our towels changed and beds made every day.   The location was perfect, situated perfectly in midtown - it was close to get to uptown and downtown. Subway and bike rental was 3 minutes away. Apartment was also very clean, Air conditioner worked very well for hot nyc summer weather.
