The hotel was really nice and in perfect location near the French quartet but still far enough from all the noise of Bourbon Street. For our surprise, the hotel offered free complimentary breakfast for each morning which was really good. The staff was helpful and helped us to book a nice swamp tour. Location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, good breakfast.
As part of a package that was purchased online we went on a 4 day cruise
and had 2 nights at the Hyatt Regency. The nights at Cotton Exchange
were an add on that we purchased on our own. We preferred the Cotton
Exchange by far. We wouldn't hesitate to come again and recommend it
to our friends. Not so of the Hyatt. We would never go there again. Your
staff is really excellent!

I liked that the rooms were spacious and more like a small apartment. I
liked the made to order omelets and breakfast buffet and the early
evening drinks. Hurricanes are now a favorite. The staff was very
helpful and friendly. If you do not want to go looking for a

all of the staff were orrrrr-sum. specifically breakfast staff, restaurant, bell-boy (or is that man), house cleaners, and everybody we passed. free breakfast was awesome. rooms very clean and tidy, spacious, and good value. will definitely return again sometime

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Seth at the front desk and
the bartenders in wow, the restaurant inside the hotel. They were able
to answer all my questions and give me the lay of the land, so to speak.

The valet staff was awesome! Never had an issue waiting on our car or
dropping it off. We were able to check out at in the am but leave our
car til 4pm so we could go walk around. Made things extremely
convenient! Loved getting a warm chocolate chip cookie upon check in.
Hotel was perfect location to all touristy areas...yet was quiet.

Since there was no room at the time of arrival--we left luggage and when we returned we were given a first class room at our regular room price. this made up for any inconvenience of room not available at time of arrival. Great location for enjoying the French quarter yet getting some sleep. East side of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. Easy access to the city streetcar system. Busy staff try very hard to service the guests and succeed if you are patient. Lots of art and antique shops down Royal St. from hotel.

the pretty Garden District. The hotel is on the parade routes for Mardi
Gras and St. Patricks Day. The entire staff was great, from the front
desk to the valet and cleaning staff. They were all very pleasant -
Great decor, great comfort, divinely comfortable beds, very clean, sound-proof, excellent breakfast, easy parking, friendly staff. Good location in garden district, on the trolley line and near Magazine street but a car is reommended if you are going to the Quarter or Marigny.
