great location. helpful staff and clean cool rooms - we made a last minute booking, therfore a bargain stay! the athmosphere in the hotel was really nice, so was the location: really close to the action. nice in the room : i-pod speaker system. no parking, but a parking across the street for 24 dollar for 24 hours, wich is fair i guess.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was simple but tasty and as it is served in a small area you get to know the other guests. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Este hotel é limpo e os funcionários são todos simpáticos e prontos para ajudar. O café é simples e servido numa área um pouco apertado, porém é gostoso e você acaba conhecendo os outros hospedes. Um hotel que vale a pena muito pelo custo beneficio.

The owner (I think) Mitch Scott was very friendly and helpful. The room with Kitchen was nicely arranged. To the beach were 5 Minutes and the center was very close. They are doing some amendments in this house (almost no noise, no dirt) and next year it will be perfect, we can highly recommend this place! -

We enjoyed our room location we had the best of both worlds, views of the city and the ocean! Great, Great, Great!!!! Staff were the best! As I booked last minute a reduced rate, this hotel was excellent value for money, great location, staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was massive and best of all there were sun loungers right outside which we spent most of our time on. - They managed to do something nice out of it with a tight budget.
