  Everything! It was a perfect fit to my vacation plans. The double bed room was clean and comfy. I was to arrive after the front office closed, so they called me to let me know how to use the after process and I could check in the next morning. Thank - Full kitchen, nicely attired livingroom - dinningroom, good view from the 4th floor, nice balcony. Condo at a hotel room rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and big, pillows were good as well. All in all it was a great place to park ourselves for a week in the Keys at an affordable price, be able to cook our own meals and have cold beer in a full sized fridge.

  The location is fantastic, the rooms are actually each one boat laying at a dock, I got a bit of a shock when I saw I was going to be sleep at a real dock where sailing boats also were laying. It's very simple, no fancy rooms at all, but was very clean and had both tv microwave and refrigerator.   Is very clean very close to every where even to key west, staff very nice, all the bad review I red on the Internet were BS - It was conveniently located in the heart of the keys and was fairly quiet and clean.The hotel staff was very nice and happy to help.

It is right in the middle of the keys strip which means you can easily visit Key West and the Bahia Honda state park on a day trip. And the Wi-Fi was easy to connect to. We absolutely enjoyed the Sea Dell Motel and would stay again.

We did not dive on this trip, but think it is great that you can stay right there at the same place you get on the dive boat.
