For the price, this is exceptional value for money. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for such a cheap rate? Everything you need, great location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Accomodation was like comfort flat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms with WC, showers and jaccuzzi baths, livingroom and kitchen, TV sets, washmachine, cloth washmachine, cloth dryer... Really like a flat. Nice furniture, mirrors and beautiful view of a lake and aquapark from 11. floor. We loved staying in Westgate Palace. Highly reccomented! -

georgeous and super clean. Having four daghters it was important that we
had multiple showers and had a full kitchen so we could cook breakfasts
and dinners while we paclked lunches for the parks. And the location was
great! Super Close to Universal.

The rate is so inexpensive for the nice room. They had free scheduled shuttle bus (which also stops at other hotels) to Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, although the schedule is quite limited. - It was inexpensive but othet that that nothing else was good

The Staff was delightful. The young lady who checked us in was helpful
and sweet, it seemed that she liked her job ! We went directly to our
room (which was ready an hour before check -in dictates and we were
dying for coffee. There were some cleaning carts in the hall and I asked

I particularly like the check-in service staff,Juliana who made my family and I felt welcomed. Her warm and friendly personality, clear explanation about what to do to prepare us for our early morning visit to The Wizarding of Harry Potter, the printing of ID passes.

On arrival we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room with a refrigerator. When we got to the room we discovered there were no lights installed. We called Reception and they sent someone up. He said the room should not have been used and offered to move us but we asked him just to bring some portable lights as we had already unpacked.

Location to Convention Center was great because you could avoid traffic on International Drive. Rooms were clean and quiet. Pool and pool bar were exceptional and staff at the pool bar were friendly and great to talk to.

The Comfort Inn Orlando has some really big rooms perfect for families headed to Universal Studios or Disney. The hotel is right off the highway but quiet enough so you don't even notice. There are tons of restaurants on International Drive and the hotel offers a hot breakfast everyday. -

I have stayed at a club level room. It was spacious and confortable with amenities such a coffee maker and complimentary coffe. The pool and restaurantes at the hotel are all great. It's a walking distance to both parks and you enjou express pass and early admition. -
