  The front desk staff member Christine was very helpful, polite and understanding when our credit card wouldn't work. Patiently waited on us until it was fixed. Nice girl. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was hot and lots of options. Nice location to subway and parking right around the corner.   The location and the view! We stayed on the 11th floor with easy access to the roof. Absolutely amazing! Yes the room is small but its New York! And at this price point are you expecting a lavish Central park villa? Lol. The location states SoHo but its really more ChinaTown but its still a great location with food all around you! $2 pizza a block... co mówią ludzie » north, home made dumplings 1/2 block north. And only a 5min walk into SoHo/ Little Italy! 5Min walk to 2 subway stations that take you right into the - I loved everything about this hotel! It is in great location on lower east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful. Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc
