  The staff was very courteous and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and were extremely helpful with my questions. The hotel's location was great and next to a train stop.   We really enjoyed our stay. The room & hotel, in general, was clean, well-appointed, and beautifully furnished. The buffet breakfast was very nice, too. We were able to take the hotel shuttle to Chase field, while leaving our car safely parked at the hotel. The hotel rate was very reasonable.   The manager and staff created an environment that caused me to feel safe and secure. The rooms are quite lovely, clean and recently renovated. The free coffee was great along with the breakfasts. I was a teeny bit disappointed with the pool being closed while they waited on getting the disability lift installed. Aside from that, I was updated in regards to the things going on downtown so I had adventures - Super 8 was well worth the money. We only stayed 2 nights but was a pleasurable stay. Bed was comfy and the room was a good size. We had a car so it was easy to get around Pheonix, if you didn't then it would probably be abit far out but then again there's taxis and a bus line not too far away! Would definitiley recommend to everyone and would stay here again if I was visiting!
