  I had stayed there before and enjoyed the traditional atmosphere hugely. I was pleased to see it offered at a tbetter price than other hotels close by.manhattan is nonetheless very expensive - Loved the location, ambience, room!

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  Our stay at the Crowne plaza was a perfect choice for our holiday. Thehotel, the room and bathroom was so clean and also smelt clean, thestaff were also very helpful and polite.
