My father and I shared a standard queen room overnight while visiting
nyc to see a concert. I was amazed that the concierge desk is open and
available 24-7 - we ended up checking into our room at around 10:45 pm
and the staff was still very happy to greet us. Each staff member
expressed their wonderful personality and kindness in every interaction,
and were 100% accommodating. The decor of common spaces as well as that
of our room was chic yet comfortable; we enjoyed the entire experience.

Waking up to a view of High Line Park and the Empire State Building. Comfortable bed, quiet despite being in the middle of the city and great shower. We came to marry in nyc and sent in advance a request to be on an upper floor. We were immediately replied and we were upgraded to a corner room.
Upon our arrival we were welcomed by champagne in our beautiful room, and were also given treats later on.

We had an amazing stay in nyc and it had a lot to do with our stay at
The Standard. The staff was so service minded and helpful 24/7! I
asked for a room on a high floor and we ended up with the most amazing
view which made our trip unforgettable. Even though the lobby and
restaurant was under construction the experience the hotel as a whole
was very satisfying. It did not bother us at all. I will recommend this
hotel to everyone who wants to stay at a great hotel with service minded
