Size of room was good compared to NY rooms. Staff were extremely helpful. Very clean and location is excellent whilst quiet at night. The hotel is exactly as it is described and we were not disappointed.

The helpfullness and friendliness. Everyone was very professional and the place was very clean. - The room was fantastic and location great. Plenty of restaurants and delis close be. Also a great supermarket. Perfect apartment for families. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were really impressed.

Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon
arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure
we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab---
very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one
for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to
leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

Have to admit I was a little anxious about whether this was a good choice, but it turned out to be perfect! Apt was very clean and newly updated (nice tile, hardwood, cabinets). Seemed very secure. What didn't I like?? It was at a great location 5-10 mins walk to Empire State and Times Square. Subway is only a block away. You have a 24 hour organic deli across the road Bread and Butter. Korean food and restaurants open till late. 15-20min walk to Chelsea and soho. Les Halle's french restaurant is just across the road!

Very safe and secure place to stay in and the area was safe,close to the metro stations from which you can go uptown or downtown and a main line into JFK.
Apt had a full kitchen area,good wifi,flat screen tv,nice clean and roomy bathroom,plenty of storeage space.

This is a good alternative to staying in downtown Manhattan. Coming from a small UK town the area was a bit of a culture shock.
Spacious appartment with everything you need for a short stay. Subway stop just around the corner so easy to get downtown in 15 to 20 mins. You can also walk to the Guggenheim in a similar time.
A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a supermarket if you want to eat in.
