This is a lovely Key West style resort located just off the quiet end of Duvall Street. The facility is charming, well kept and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We felt comfortable relaxing by the pool and having and drink or sitting in the AC in our room. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to accommodate us when our flight home was canceled due to bad weather. The grounds/pools/hot tubs were lovely and well-maintained. Breakfast was good and decently priced. It was also great having a nice little bar right downstairs from our room, and the people we met there were all friendly and fun.

The pool was heated which was fantastic, the concierge was great - webooked an adventure day on a catamaran with parasailing, jet skis andsnorkelling plus an afternoon on board a fishing boat where we were theonly "guests" whilst sipping on Mango Smoothies by the poolside - howmuch better can it get? - Wonderful experience all around.

Very quaint, peaceful, and private. Amazingly beautiful and well kept private gardens and pool area. Highly recommend for couples who want the feel of a private getaway, while also having the luxury of being located right on Duval Street near where all the bars start. advises! Quiet swimming pool with free pool towels Lovely facilities

most of them. If you're riding a motorcycle, stay here. They are
extremely accommodating! The breakfast is exactly what you need. Just
enough to get your day started. The beds are great, a/c blasted cold

The room was crystal clean and adorable! I never stayed in a guest
house before. It was a dream come true! Its going to make staying in a
hotel ever again harder. Lovely lady named Jennifer at front desk.

The Chelsea House staff was awesome, very helpful & pleasant.
The rooms were very clean but being a historic building, a little small. Chelsea House is in a GREAT location!!!! We were a 2 minute walk to Duval Street and a 10 minute walk to the beach (perfect)!!!!! Overall we had a GREAT stay at the Chelsea House & absolutely love Key Wes

The Chelsea House was very nice and the staff were very
accommodating.The hotel was close to all the area attractions. My
husband and I walked to everything and got a lot of exercise. We would

We were on our honeymoon Excellent, Excellent Location. Walking or
Bicycling distance to all of Key West, loved the facility quite but only
2 blocks off of Duval Street, Our king room was very comfortable, clean
and spacious. The grounds and older houses used for this property are
well kept and very cool. Car parking is charged additional but its

We loved everything! It was beautiful, with lush tropical landscaping
around a lovely pool and hot tub, reclaimed brick pathways and calming
white wood inside and out. I wanted to sit on the verandah sipping mint
juleps, though the complimentary chilled white wine from the reception
happy hour was just as good. Conrad and the other staff we met were very
pleasant, and the brown bread and boiled eggs at breakfast were much
appreciated after the sugary offerings in other hotels on our trip.

The Hemingway suite was wonderful. This stay was very quite and relaxed,
the beds were very comfortable even my bad back liked them. The
"Dreams" was within a short walk to all the good sites but far
enough to be a quite retreat. The interior design by Jamie was eloquent

Very nice, spacious and comfortable suite in a quiet garden area. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pool area is nice and heated - perfect for night swimming after a long day at the beach or on town. Higgs beach is only a short walk away and about a mile walk to downtown Duvall St. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!
