We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. Location is phenomenal. 1min from I-4. There's a publix in front of it. The pools are great for family. They got a exclusive one for the little ones. My wife LOVED the SPA it's a park like price, so if you got people who doesn't want to go to the parks, they can spend the same money on the SPA and get much more

The hotel was gorgeous & the staff were amazing. We dined at several of the restaurants and the food was very good beware however as the portions are rather big. We will definitely stay there again.
