The hotel was clean and comfortable and the 2 bed suite was as described. The kitchen was dated and needed a refresh but was functional nonetheless. The staff were friendly and willing to help. We only required an overnight stay but wanted enough space for 4 adults to relax in - this fitted the bill completely. The free wifi was good too. -

We were charged for 2 nights when we only stayed one night, letsbookhotel.com changed our reservation by faxing Double Tree and they didnt acknoeldge it, I have my email with the confirmation on the change, Still nobody will respond to this. Im giving it a few more days before I contact someone higher up. If there is anyway you could help us resol

When my husband had to call the front desk at 1145 at night due to the people being so loud in the room next to us the security came right away and told them to quite down and then it started again 15 minutes later the security guard was still right there and made sure they stopped!

We were staying here for an exhibition and the location was perfect! Really great and clean rooms with kitchen made things perfect...great free wifi made catching up with clients a dream...breakfast was not up to much but overall recommended -

One of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. It was super clean, staff was extremely friendly and very efficient, rooms were spotless, comfortable and well decorated. We had a fabulous nights rest in the super comfy beds. The pool area is spectacular and very family friendly. And the ducks were so fun and memorable. Budget friendly, beautiful condo that was comfortable for our party of 5. The pool was great and the kids loved the arcade. It was so nice not to keep up with a key, the codes for the gate and condo were easy and convenient. It was quiet and restful and the staff were friendly as well. I will recommend this resort to others, loved it!
