  We loved everything about this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff seem to genuinely love their jobs and it shows in their outstanding commitment to guest service. The rooms are whisper quiet.   The staff was by far the best I have encountered my for years living here. Professional, dedicated, polite, they felt like a family and they made me and my girlfriend feel very welcome and connected. The room was perfect, the bag handler even showed us a private tour of our room and how to use many of its features.   We only stayed one night but what a night it was, a memory to last a lifetime . Halekulani was indeed a tranquil oasis in the midst of the Waikiki bustle. True to its name of "our house befitting heaven" - The staff was superb. The food was excellent and the setting tranquil, yet right off the main Waikiki drag.
