  A bit out of the town itself, but if like us, you're planning on touring Philadelphia on foot, it is not an issue at all. A 30 minute walk from, Philly, 15 mn from the museum and 30th St train station, it is nestled in University town, in a lovely and quiet area of old houses. We found it beautiful. Now for what you can't - The home is a beautiful mid-19th century Victorian with gingerbreading, dark woods, and stained glass. The atmosphere is warm, comfy, and clean. The house is an easy walk from the 30th street station and just over the bridge from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Rodin and Barnes Collections.
