A bit out of the town itself, but if like us, you're planning on touring Philadelphia on foot, it is not an issue at all. A 30 minute walk from, Philly, 15 mn from the museum and 30th St train station, it is nestled in University town, in a lovely and quiet area of old houses. The room we spent the night in looked EXACTLY like its picture on the website. We found it beautiful. Now for what you can't -
The home is a beautiful mid-19th century Victorian with gingerbreading, dark woods, and stained glass. The atmosphere is warm, comfy, and clean.
The house is an easy walk from the 30th street station and just over the bridge from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Rodin and Barnes Collections. It took about 20 minuter to walk to the former and a few minutes more to walk to the latter.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I'm so picky about staying in hotels

Great staff. The hotel has its own swiming pool and fitness area(!) and 3 computers with free internet access. Great rooms, enough space, nice bathroom, location close to City Hall. The location was fantastic - a historic, listed building at the heart of the city with excellent transportation links. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Hotel amenities were excellent - we particularly appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby. The staff were courteous and helpful, and early check-in which was great as we arrived a couple of hours ahead of schedule.

Staff very friendly on arrival and throughout. The room was a large size with plenty of space and so clean. Amazing location right there in the middle of the city, highly recommended and a free BBQ Wednesday evening and the staff there were great and the food amazing, thanks very much for a great trip to Philadelphia -

Design was fresh and contemporary. Location was fantastic -facing Reading Terminal Market (where they have the best donuts in the world ~ Beiler's) and across Philadelphia Convention Center. Across the street is also a stop for several double-decker sight-seeing buses. Short walk to City Hall, Macy's and walking distance from the nice restaurants

My stay at hotel is awesome really everything was perfect starting from location next to Marriott hotel ,in front of terminal.market at market street it is new hotel so you can feel it everywhere starting from floor to everything around you the staff are so cute ,helpful and everything was perfect really I recommend this hotel specially for family as each room has ref,toaster ,dishwasher ,utilities almost full kitchen
