  Room was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Unusual to see hard surface floors in the room, but made me feel better about cleanliness, potential bug issues. Lovely modern room with a huge really comfortable bed (more comfortable than the bed on the cruise ship that we joined a few days later).   This was a fantastic hotel for a nyc break. 10 minutes from time square and just down the road from Hell's Kitchen Flea Market at the weekend (a must visit). Excellent staff willing to help at all times. Room was ideal, perfect for 2 people sharing..when people suggest they are too small I wonder want they want the room for? The location is a few blocks from The Port Authority Bus They don't do room service every day, but if you need anything (towels, trash taken out, dishwashing soap, etc.) the staff is super responsive and so nice! The kitchen comes with pots, pans, and storage dishes so we could cook in some nights and save a bit of money. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
