Continental breakfast was very tasty. Staff were friendly, and helpful. Checkin was very quick, and checkout can be done from the room. The room, and linens were very clean. No sign of bed bugs!

  This hotel is fabulous. We unfortunately only got to stay here one night, but the staff was more than accomodating to us and all of our needs. It's classy, clean, well worth the money, and was a very large room with the one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. The room, although small, felt very comfortable and not too crowded.

The room was a good size for NY, 2 Queen beds very comfortable, mini fridge & freezer with a bit of a loud hum/vibration and the bathroom was nice, clean with tub and great shower. Never a piece of trash left behind or stray bugs in sight (considering the place is in china town). The beds were like sleeping on clouds and the pillows where so soft and comfortable.
