  After our stay at the Las Vegas Embassy Suites we vowed to never stay anywhere else! Rooms have a nice kitchenette and seperate bedroom. You don't have to worry about a loud smoke filled lounge and instead there is a beautiful pond with two breath taking swans. The best part is the complimentary breakfast and happy hour.   We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty getting around. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator.   everything! the staff were fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite at no cost, fabulous amenities, fabulous views, rocking pool party, great location.   The check-in process was quick and efficient. I had requested a top floor via letsbookhotel.com, which I did not originally get upon check-in. However, the front desk agent was kind enough to give us a top floor, which we enjoyed thoroughly. No action had been taken upon checkout. Charged more on bill than agreed upon amount. Pricing discrepancy resolved by letsbookhotel.com after inquiry by traveler.
