Lokalizacja - A very clean Hotel, the size of the room was pretty good and the location even beetter, I was very satisfied. - Excellently furbished hotel, friendly staff and a good breakfast as well. Highly recommended.

This hotel is situated at less than 2 minutes walking distance from the red train line and at walking distance from most interesting shops, bars and restaurants and is still in a quiet area so that you always feel sicure, even at night. Staff and accomodations were outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful. There is a small coffee shop with a hotel entrance that has excellent food and was reasonable with delicious food. We had a problem with the fridge which was addressed immediately. My husband used the gym and enjoyed it very much. The décor is art deco. Beds were very comfortable. There was a small sitting area with 2 chairs and a small table.

The suite was real value for money. Mother and grown-up son had all the space they needed. Service lady was really great and friendly as was the booking agent for shows etc. Breakfast was amazing and there was so much to choose from. quite a transformation in a year's time -we stayed there we/ another teen grandchild last yr and returned for 2 reasons, the location and the suite option.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Concierge services were terrific.Everything was spotlessly clean - great housekeeping services! Our suite was exactly what I had asked for, view included - loved it!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I was traveling with my two grand daughters and the staff went out of their way to talk to the girls and genuinely show an interest in what they had been doing and had seen in Chicago. They deserve an A+++++ The ladies serving breakfast were also very friendly and helpful. -

... co mówią ludzie » oney. We arrived three hours before check in but they found a room for us right away. It's very close to public transit and Amtrack. The pool was small but our kids had a great time using it. The free wifi was great and the breakfast was excellent.
