  The hotel staff was so accommodating. We arrived before check in and were able to leave our bags in a secured room while we ventured off. When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered.   I travelled with my friend. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and also problem solving oriented. We arrived at 5h30 am and were supposed to check in at 3PM. The biggest shopping center Macy's is 2 blocks after. Perfect bed and bathroom. Also the room is big according to the other hotels in Manhattan. I will prefer to stay there when I visit NY again.
