  The staff were just excellent. Requests were responded to immediately, and the bellmen were wonderful. On several occasions they and the concierge gave us great advice about transportation, places to eat, and things to do, and they always were smiling and friendly. The room was very quiet. We had no street noise, despite being on a busy stree... co mówią ludzie » t (Canal St.), and didn't hear any other patrons despite being close to the ice machine and the elevator. - I liked the location of the hotel, the room was nice with a very comfortable bed and pillow and great view of the City from the 20th floor. The staff were very good also. We upgraded to the Sheraton Club on the 21st floor which was nice, it had a great view of the City and Hudson River. It is not a luxury hotel but is very comfortable and affordable.

  The location and the view! We stayed on the 11th floor with easy access to the roof. Absolutely amazing! Yes the room is small but its New York! And at this price point are you expecting a lavish Central park villa? Lol. It is in great location on lower east side easy to hop a subway everywhere. The staff is amazing helpful. Anthony even took his time when he got off work one evening to show my friend and I around the city and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.. They was all very friendly and helpful booking car for trip back to penn station giving directions.. Love the place decorations was so nice rooms comfortable and clean.. Will stay here every trip to nyc

  The room was clean and comfortable although the outlook from the window was onto an unspectacular building! However the room was quiet and relatively peaceful after the noise of New York city!   Perfect place to visit nyc and sleep after an exhausting day. The room was small and the mattress quite hard but we slept like babies. It was cleaned and the towels in the ensuite bathroom changed everyday. Staff couldn't be more helpful and nice.   This hotel is in Chinatown and located only a few doors down from directly under the Manhattan bridge. Sounds terrible but it's not. We were on a budget and this hotel was perfect. The metro is a 5 min walk away taking you to time square within 20mins or less. The room was large, clean and recently refurbished. The beds - I though the hotel was very clean, especially the rooms. The location was good, train stations were 3-4 blocks away which made getting around town easy. The neighborhood (Chinatown), although dirty was safe. Staff was friendly and tentative for the most part. The rooms, for being nyc were good size. There was not porter fee to pay for as a group booking.
