  The hotel is in an excellent location. I really like the courtyard and the clean environment.The staff were excellent especially the janitors - 5 star service. Warm and friendly staff. The fact that they do not accept tips made their committment to excellence all the more valid.

Starting our experience a week before arrival the hotel's concierge, jen, helped make our trip an unforgettable experience by arranging the best reservations for us at great restaurants and jazz venues. The check-in was quick and easy, and they were nice to suggest some places we should visit when asked.
