We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. I would suggest they smile more, no one in the area of NYC smiles and that is sad, so I understand why they don't, but a conscience effort should be made to s
