  This was our first trip to the USA and New York.The staff were friendly and very efficient. Started with Peter who radioed our arrival to reception even before we were out of the taxi. Together with Caesar on the door they were always there with advise on destinations and restaurants, and treated us like we were family.   The hotel location is 5 minutes walk from time square. The staff members are very nice and helpfull. The room was clean, very comfortable and the bed is unforgettable :). We staied 7 nights in the hotel and we enjoined every minute.   What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent. I love the area in the room where you have Emeril Kerik coffee and the Kerik coffee maker. there is also a microwave, a small refrigerator, sink and utensils for morning coffee if you want to sleep late and not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms spotless where the magnifying mirror on the wall is
