everything! the staff were fantastic, we were upgraded to a suite at no cost, fabulous amenities, fabulous views, rocking pool party, great location. too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. I have no idea how she did it but she upgraded my room to a complimentary suite, all this because of an old war injury, and to top it off, a big thank you for m

very close to the strip, buffet pricing ok, free spa, free parking - After they switched me to the Tower floor from the first disgusting, roach infested, beat-up room in the courtyard area, I was happy with the clean, modern, and huge room. The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel

The best thing about the hotel is that does not have a casino in
the lobby. So you do avoid smelling like cigarettes when getting to
your room.
Rooms are cleaner that most hotels on the strip, which makes a great value for money, since you paid less for a cleaner room.

Everything. It was a great price, a clean room with coffee pot. And
it's about the only place I've stayed in Vegas that had a free
breakfast. A lot of people mentioned the shuttle to the strip and that
it didn't pick you back up. I didn't mind, it was only a $8 taxi
ride back, but I saw the driver had picked someone up from the strip
when they picked me up from the airport. I loved the hotel and I would
stay there again.

The polo towers was very clean, they had very friendly staff, and was
perfect for what me and my friends needed. We got the 2 bedroom suite
for 6 people an they're was plenty of room for sleep and personal
space. They had three beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and 2 balconys. We
requested a top floor view of the strip and they were able to provide it
to us, which was great except we had to wait literally 2 hours when they
had told us it would only take no more than 30 - 60 minutes for them to

location - Very convenient for the airport. Great shuttle service (free) and asimple free breakfast. At around 70$ great vakue for money. We also leftour main luggage there when we did at side trip to sf and Yosemite. Andthere's a pool and No gamblimg machines!
