  What did I like? Just about everything! The front desk staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The restaurant "Serafina" was excellent.   The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

The concierge was very helpful, and the cleaning staff even took the trouble to put fresh ice in our ice bucket, where I was trying to keep a container of yogurt fresh. We booked initially for the location and were amazed at how many other benefits there were to staying at The Michaelangelo.
