  It was our first time with my friend in New York and the hotel was perfect for us as it was 10 minutes walk to time square. We would walk easily from time square to the hotel after 12am. The room was small but we loved that it was perfectly clean. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfasts v good. Some people have complained about the fact that only 2 elevators served (I think) up to 12 floors. The room I am in is quite new, with big tv and good city view to Empire building (if you stay above 16th floor). Breakfast is very nice indeed. And the most important, staffs are very nice! When booking, I asked that they put us on the highest floor with the best view for the deal I was offered.
