Hotel was outstanding. Very well decorated with lovely furniture and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was in a good location, out of the city centre but easily accessible to anywhere via taxi or the metro underground. It was better than I expected. I was expecting a nice, clean, modern budget freindly hotel. the rate was only 179 per night which is cheap by nyc standards no matter what part of the city you're in. Liked the green glass serenity in bustling China Town and the wall of
windows looking out at New York. The rooms are compact but luxurious,
the bathrooms are huge. Everything is still shiny and new and
it's a bargain. The location is fantastic for those who want to
explore downtown from the wtc to China Town to Soho and the Village.
It's surrounded by lighting stores, restaurant supply outlets and
Chinese restaurants and stands. It's still a bustling ethnic part

The staff was very friendly, especially the bell hops and front desk
clerk. We had a tv issue and they were in our room in 2 minutes after
the call to fix it. Despite what you read on some reviews, the elevator
wasn't that slow. Plus, it is New York, learn to wait sometimes. We
had a good view of lower Manhattan and the river. The room was very

I like all the extras- free coffee/tea/cappuccino/cold drinks all the time in the comfy Club Lounge plus snacks at night. Water dispenser and bottles on every floor. Fully stocked kitchen in the suites and smaller kitchenette with fridge and microwave in smaller rooms.

My wife and i were treated very well by the manager (Kevin) during our stay at your New York hotel. We recieved a wonderful complimentary upgrade from a basic room to a large and beautiful suite with a balcony and view. Kevin also extended my wife and i a wondwrfully delious full course meal at the hotel's rooftop resturant, all exspenses paid by the hotel. We reccommend this hotel to all our family and friends.
